Our roots trace back to Joe Serhan, who emigrated from Lebanon and built a real estate foundation here from the ground up, and to Joyce Serhan, whose family carried a tradition of military service. Together they set the values that still define us today: discipline, service, and treating people the right way.
In 1982, the Rothrock family carried that same foundation into a new venture — Rocky's Autos. Built on military values of service, discipline, and hard work, it grew into one of Colorado's most recognized independent dealerships. Over the decades, the Rocky's name became known for integrity, community involvement, and helping thousands of customers make important buying decisions with confidence.
As the business evolved, Rocky's expanded into commercial real estate, investment properties, land acquisitions, and development across Colorado and multiple western states — participating in the acquisition, management, and sale of residential, commercial, and investment assets throughout Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, and Louisiana.
